Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a well known organisation in the heart of Essex to recruit two new Admissions Administrators to join their team.
Working within a busy and varied role, the Admissions Administrators will be responsible for supporting the team with all admin relating to initial applications and enquiries.
Duties will include;
- Managing all calls and emails to the department
- Arranging appointments and meeting correspondence
- Diary management
- Coordinating processes
- Updating the internal system with client data
- Monitoring the shared email inbox
- Processing applications
- Collating data for reports on Excel
- Managing queries
- Liaising with other departments to obtain key information
- Marketing and copywriting duties
Key skills required:
- Confident on Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident communicator
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Accurate with an eye for detail
