Admissions Administrator

Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a well known organisation in the heart of Essex to recruit two new Admissions Administrators to join their team. 

Working within a busy and varied role, the Admissions Administrators will be responsible for supporting the team with all admin relating to initial applications and enquiries.  

Duties will include;

  • Managing all calls and emails to the department
  • Arranging appointments and meeting correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Coordinating processes 
  • Updating the internal system with client data
  • Monitoring the shared email inbox 
  • Processing applications 
  • Collating data for reports on Excel 
  • Managing queries 
  • Liaising with other departments to obtain key information 
  • Marketing and copywriting duties 

Key skills required: 

  • Confident on Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Confident communicator 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Accurate with an eye for detail
