Admissions Officer

KG Direct Hire is pleased to be assisting in the recruitment of an Admissions Officer for an organisation based in Chelmsford. Supporting the Senior Officer, this position will be responsible for managing the admissions and enquiries in order to maximise the number of enquiries, visits, registrations and joiners. 

Main duties include the following;

– Answering calls to the office and managing enquiries from interested parties

– Respond promptly to any admissions queries 

– Confirm any details in writing including visit dates 

– Invite prospect admissions to Open Days and events 

– Update the Admissions database in a timely manner

– Send out admissions correspondence working to deadlines 

– Respond to emails and prioritise workloads

– Liaise with various departments and managers including marketing and events teams 

– Follow the organisations Safeguarding Policy 

You will be required to have good IT skills, be confident on Word and Excel. You will be professional and well presented at all times as you will be the first point of contact seen.
