Kingswood group are delighted to be working with a large international business, to recruit a ER & Policy Manager on a permanent basis.
This role will lead on ER cases and provide specialist employee relation, employment law and change management advice and guidance to the business.
Duties to include:
- Lead on all disciplinary, grievance and appeal cases
- Lead on investigations including creating reports and recommendations
- Maintaining records of case management.
- Deliver support, advice and guidance on a wide range of areas including investigations, discipline and grievance hearings, TUPE, sickness and policy to ensure good employee relations are maintained and company policies and protocol is adhered to
- Guide and coach line managers and business leaders
- Provide advice on complex sickness and disability cases.
- Lead on redundancy cases and projects alongside HR team
- Support the Senior ER Manager in creating new policies and reviewing existing policies
- Advise on ER issues to ensure they are consistently applied across the business and to manage any risks.
- Work with the Senior ER Manager to deliver training on ER issues as required
Experience required:
- Deep technical employment policy and employee relations knowledge and expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience working at a similar level is essential
This role will offer hybrid working and the preference is to be located in the Bristol area. Some UK travel will be required on a business need basis.
