Head of Marketing and Creative

Kingswood Group are pleased to be working with a large organisation to support the recruitment of a new Head of Marketing and Creative. Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, this established business has enjoyed rapid growth during 2021 and is looking for a marketing professional to assist the growth further. 

The job: 

Day to day, you will be responsible for the upcoming website, app and email system as well as working with creative and video agencies to deliver effective leading content.

You will be tasked to improve marketing efficiencies, forecasting and digital delivery through PPC, social media and SEO. 

There will be expansion within the team, so you will recruit, train and manage individuals who will be as passionate as you. 

Key accountabilities:

–  Develop the brand and the companies positioning 

–  Work on a sustainable marketing strategy

– Work with the Commercial team to achieve their goals 

– Present objectives, performance, and budgets to key stakeholders 

– Work with third party agency to produce industry leading video and content 

– Optimise suite of marketing tools e.g. upcoming website and app 

– Create and deliver effective email campaigns and newsletters 

– Reporting on analytics and data 

– Work on the development of events 

You will have previous experience working in a similar role at a similar level. You will have a creative bias and strong organisational and management skills. 

You will be required to drive for this position as there will be occasional travel to other locations.
