HR Administration Team Leader

Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a large international organisation, to recruit a HR Administration Team Leader, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This position is to support with a company wide project and will manage the HR Administration team, ensuring all project related activity is supported from start to finish.

Duties to include:

  • Day to day line management of the HR Administration team
  • Taking responsibility to ensure workload is allocated effectively, prioritised correctly and delivered
  • Act as the first port of call for any escalation queries
  • Work closely with the Benefits team and Payroll, to ensure the relevant information is processed on time and correctly
  • Support with the implementation of a new HR system and lead the lead to adapt and embrace this change
  • Manage and allocate project activity

Experience required:

  • Experience working in a senior HR operations role, within a matrix organisation
  • Previous experience leading a team would be advantageous
  • A strong understanding of employee benefits
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, problem solving and analytical skills

The business offers a competitive salary/benefits package and offer hybrid/flexible working.  Part time hours would also be considered.

Due to the nature of the role, this position can be based anywhere in the UK but in person attendance at project meetings will be required.
