HR Advisor

Kingswood Group are proud to be working with one of our private healthcare clients to help grow their expert HR team. We are looking to speak to HR professionals who can work in their head office three times a week with hybrid working based in Essex. Working closely with the HRBP and the wider HR team, this role offers a great opportunity for an HR generalist to develop their advisory skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation. It is a busy role but you have the support of a supportive and professional HR team. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting, influencing and guiding managers on all aspects of HR in line with business objectives. 
  • Managing ER cases and issues. 
  • Develop, update and implement HR Policies and Procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
  • Support the HR Business Partner.
  • Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover, benefits, surveys etc) to identify any trends and provide robust solutions to deal with any issues.
  • Support the HR Administration team in collating and preparing HR related statistical information needed for reporting requirement to the senior HR management team.
  • To maintain an up to date knowledge of immigration and to coordinate regular monthly immigration audit checks across your division, ensuring that managers respond to any queries and anomalies.
  • To create, develop and facilitate HR training courses in line with the needs of the business.

Skills, knowledge and experience required includes:

  • CIPD – Level 5 (Desirable) or comparable HR experience
  • Experience in ER matters up to and including dismissal 
  • Good understanding of employment legislation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced multi-sited organisation (Desirable)
  • Team player
  • Resilient and self-reliant
  • Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions
  • Able to engage with customers, to identify their service needs and review the quality of services provisions

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or someone who is ready to take the next step into being an HR Advisor working with a great HR team and client group.

You will need to be able to drive as you’ll need to be flexible to visit sites on a regular basis e.g. once a month. The role offers hybrid working and CPD support if/when required.
