Job VacanciesKingswood Group are working with a commercial organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team based at head office in North Essex on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working in a friendly, professional team, your role will be working with the business to provide both generalist HR and Employee Relations advice and guidance.
The position offers hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 remote and is a full time opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment with hiring managers
- Prepare HR reports using metrics
- Complete exit interviews
- Support managers with ER issues and cases
- Develop and update HR policies
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in an HR advisory position and ideally have a CIPD qualification. Up to date employment law knowledge, demonstrable ER experience and a generalist background is essential for the position.
