HR and training coordinator

Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a large organisation, based in East London to recruit a HR & Training Coordinator.  This is a 12-18 month contract opportunity as the HR department are currently going through a period of positive transition and change.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the role will be responsible for the effective organisation and administration of the training and engagement process and supporting with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion plan.

Duties to include:

  • Set up all new starter processes, including induction, right to work and probation
  • Manage mandatory learning processes and report on compliance
  • Support with the administration of training courses
  • Monitor Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes, support with the operational plan and provide reporting to the HR Director
  • Support with staff feedback processes and data gathering

Experience required

  • Previous recent HR Administration experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities and deadlines
