This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with good business partnering skills to work with the HR Director and wider HR team during a key period of change and development within the organisation.
Proven experience operating at HRBP/Senior HR Advisor level is essential and experience in restructuring business support is also highly desirable due to the nature of the project.
Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified, have experience working in an academic setting as an HR professional.
This client offers hybrid/remote working but you must be able to be on site 2 days a week.
