Kingswood Group are partnering with this organisation to recruit an experience HR Change Manager with experience in ensuring the adoption of new technology (Microsoft 365) being rolled out across the company.
This organisation how important it is to have their employees to both learn and adopt the new technology that will be a key part of delivering their role on a daily basis. Therefore the HR Change Manager will play an important role in the successful delivery of this business transformation from an organisational development perspective.
This role will work with stakeholders across the whole organisation to implement an ongoing approach to the consumption of the new technology. The post holder will collaborate with the HR and Technology functions to ensure a consistent approach to managing change and creating a learning organisation.
The successful candidate will need:
- A strong understanding of organisational development and change methodology with proven ability in applying them effectively to large organisations.
- Experience in enabling organisations to adopt new capabilities to help them transform and improve, ideally in a technology context.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
- Experience in managing business change including developing business cases, identifying risks and creating mitigation plans.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high profile business transformation programme. The organisation offers flexible working, although this is a full time role due to the nature of the project. There are remote working opportunities, it is at this stage a 12 month fixed term contract. Experience in supporting the implementation of Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
