HR Manager

Kingswood Group are working closely with an exciting new business to recruit an experienced HR Manager on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working, with one day required onsite at their head office in Wiltshire. This great opportunity requires a strong HR generalist with good team management experience to join them during a continued period of growth.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will manage a team of five HR Administrators who deliver HR support to the business covering, onboarding, contracts, policies, employee relations advice and guidance, training and payroll. The company has been growing at a fast pace and has ongoing plans to continue hiring across both clinical and non-clinical business areas.

Ideally the success candidate will have previous experience in Healthcare and must have a commercial approach with the ability to manage workload and the team in a busy, sometimes fast changing environment.

Experience in managing Payroll (outsourced) and dealing with Employee Relations is essential in this role.

Due to the location of the head offices, it is essential you have access to a vehicle as it is not located close to public transport.
