Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a large organisation, based in East London to recruit a HR Operations Manager. This is a 12-18 month contract opportunity as the HR department are currently going through a period of positive transition and change.
Reporting to the HR Director, the role will be responsible for reviewing HR processes, support with operational activities, organise and monitor the work of the HR services transactional team and support the HR Director in delivering transition and change management projects.
Duties to include:
- Line management of the HR services team
- To coach and develop the team in their roles
- Support the HRD to deliver key HR change projects
- Constantly look to improve the quality and efficiency to the transactional HR services team and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the appropriate check are in place for all employees. Including right to work, DBS
- Review all contracts, variations letters etc
- Take responsibility for ensuring correct payroll documentation is collating
- Develop GDPR controls
- Report on operational delivery
- Monitor on service delivery and attend meetings with suppliers
- Support with budget management
Experience required
- HR generalist with proven change and improvement delivery
- Previous experience managing a team
- Strong systems experience and data skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ATS experience
