HR System Project Manager

Kingswood Group are working with an international professional services firm on a large scale HR system implementation project. We are looking to recruit an experienced HR System Project Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract, with remote/hybrid working available.

Reporting to the Programme Manager this role will work closely with the Head of HR Operations to deliver the HR Projects plan to support the delivery of the HR Strategy. This includes working with the projects management team to ensure the HR system implementation programme is delivered successfully.

This role will act as a bridge between the HR Technology project and HR Projects team within the firm. 

Ideally the successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of managing projects and delivery of HR cyclical programmes. 
  • A systematic approach to work, management and driving positive change.
  • Process improvement mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding and use of HR systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform accurately under time pressures and constraints.
  • Identifies issues, risks and conflicts at an early stage, seeking assistance as necessary.
