Insurance Account Handler

Kingswood Group are excited to be supporting a North Essex based Insurance Broker with the recruitment of an experienced Account Handler.

 With a supportive company culture, who encourage an environment of collaboration, this role will play an essential part in building and maintaining relationships with some of the business’ key clients. 

Key Duties include;

  • Build relationships via phone, email 
  • Attending face to face meetings to ensure opportunities are identified and clients are serviced to the highest level.
  • Manage professional relationships with clients regarding their insurance needs and products
  • Work alongside the Claims team, ensuring information is accurately recorded and cascaded
  • Update CRM system with accuracy ensuring correct entries are recorded 
  • Planning in follow ups as required
  • Provide a bespoke service to clients during the renewal process
  • Support the vision of the business, working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance FCA Regulations and Company procedures


  • 3 years experience within the insurance industry
  • Customer service/ Account management/ Sales experience
  • Flexibility in your approach to work
  • An excellent relationship builder
  • Strong team player
  • Good IT and language Skills
  • Discreet and confidential
  • CII qualifications or willingness to undertake them

Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Working hours 8.45am- 5.30pm with the flexibility to work part time for the right candidate.
