L&D Advisor

Kingswood Group’s HR Recruitment team are delighted to be working again with our client based in Sussex to help expand their HR/OD team by recruiting a permanent Learning and Development Advisor. This is a great opportunity to join the team at a time of exciting investment and development in HR & Learning for the organisation. 

This is a newly created role to join an existing OD team where you are encouraged to work collaboratively both in the internal team and with the wider organisation. Reporting to the Director of OD and supported by a team of Consultants and Coordinators there are some great programmes to be both a part of designing and delivering. Some of these include, Leadership and Management development, Coaching, a new Appraisal process implementation and Engagement survey development.

The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days a week onsite. Experience in a similar level OD role is highly desirable. 

Key experience and skills required include:

  • Up-to-date understanding of current trends and best practice with learning and development and organisational development methodologies and technologies.
  • Ability to design and deliver e-learning.
  • Substantial experience of designing and delivering engaging professional development, leadership and management learning solutions and programmes
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring.
  • Experience of successfully developing and implementing learning and development/organisational development strategies and initiatives in a multi-disciplined organisation
  • Ability to work flexibly within a small team and on own initiative.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong IT skills and planning/organisational skills.
