Kingswood Group are working with a large international business based in the City of London, to recruit a L&D Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will support the business globally, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver various training programmes and development activities to the business.
Duties to include:
- Act as the first point of contact for all L&D queries e.g. monitoring the L&D inbox & responding promptly
- Co-ordinate of all pre-event administration & processes for various development programmes
- Provide live support during development programmes, being available throughout the sessions
- Brief external consultants/providers on requirements and course materials
- Update and monitor HR systems, L&D calendar and course waiting lists
Experience required:
- Previous L&D experience, at administration level or similar
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Good knowledge of course/event administration processes
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
This role will support L&D activities both virtually and in person. Hybrid working is on offer but you must be willing to attend the office as required to attend face to face training sessions.
