Learning and Development Manager

Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting our client, a large international business with their search for a Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis. This role will be London based with hybrid working.

This is a leading role, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure all areas of the business receive outstanding training and development opportunities. 

Duties to include:

  • Supporting senior management with the implementation and engagement of the L&D strategy
  • Closely partnering with the business and senior stakeholders, to ensure L&D needs are met across all areas of the business 
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing strategic L&D advice 
  • Reviewing content and training delivery of external consultants 
  • Designing, facilitating and delivering training courses and programmes when required 
  • Supporting with the management and development of the wider L&D team 
  • Leading on project work 
  • Assisting and monitoring the L&D budget 

Experience required:

  • Recent L&D experience, operating at a similar level and ideally within a professional services environment 
  • Managerial experience 
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects and tasks with ease 
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of working closely with senior leaders 
  • Psychometric qualifications highly desirable 
  • CIPD
