Learning & Development Partner

Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a well-established, global professional services business to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Partner on a permanent basis.

Key areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working in collaboration with the HR Business partnering team to deliver a true partnership role to the business, supporting the identification of learning needs through consulting and analysis of data and proposing innovative and impactful learning solutions
  • Programme managing global development programmes
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with external providers and bodies, keeping up to date with changes in the learning and development industry as well as developments within the professional services sector
  • Assessing how the business can leverage learning technologies to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and user experience with a particular focus on the Learning Management system.
  • Provide ad-hoc coaching, guidance and support to supervisors on how to manage learning and career development conversations
  • Facilitate some internal learning programmes on request
  • Work collaboratively with other training and knowledge management teams in the business to ensure a seamless and aligned learning offering 

This role requires the successful candidate to have experience and skills in:

  • Experience in a learning and development partnering or consulting role in a fast-paced global organisation (ideally professional or financial services or similar blue chip environment)
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to quickly build relationships and demonstrate credibility in a professional environment
  • Strong consulting/partnering skills experience in a professional environment
  • Programme design experience – able to translate learning needs and work in collaboration with external providers on designing bespoke programmes
  • Experience of MBTI and other psychometrics

Hybrid working is available and will allow this role to operate flexibly, however the individual should be able to travel to the Chelmsford/London offices regularly. Part-time working will also be considered.
