Kingswood Group’s recruitment team are partnering with a reputable private healthcare firm to recruit an experienced Compliance Manager into their Recruitment team. Based at their head office in Essex, this role offers hybrid working in a newly created role, managing a team of compliance coordinators.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role offers a great opportunity to join a thriving organisation with a fantastic HR team, in a role that you can mould and develop. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all domestic and overseas candidates are recruited in line with regulations policies and procedures into the business. They will also be responsible for the management of the Sponsor Management System and the reporting duties of changes to migrant workers through the implementation of internal controls.
Key skills and experience required include:
- Experience in carrying out enhanced DBS checks.
- Experience in carrying out reference checks.
- Experience in managing and developing a small team.
- Experience in recruitment or HR in a regulatory business, ensuring high standards and controls are maintained.
- Experience of working in recruitment or HR, responsible for the post offer process and the pre-employment checking process in a high-volume role.
- Preferable experience of managing the process of sponsoring migrant workers, and the sponsor management system (SMS).
- Preferable experience of managing the post offer process for overseas candidates.
- Preferable experience of using systems to extract and analyse data and produce management reports.
- Systematic, logical, and process driven, with good initiative.
- Accurate, detailed, precise, and focussed on quality.
