Kingswood Group are proud to be working alongside our client, a high profile, national, Not for Profit organisation to recruit an experienced Reward Analyst to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role offers flexible/hybrid working and will work closely with the business on all aspects of pay and reward.
Reporting to the Senior HR team and working closely with the wider HR team and business, this role, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on one or more specific pay projects providing support with pay modelling, analysis and implementation which will make a real difference to the whole organisation.
Key skills and experience required includes:
- Proven knowledge of reward and benefits work, related legislation, governance and practice with experience of different pay structures and allowances in the private and public sector.
- Experience of pay structures including Agenda for Change would be an advantage, along with job evaluation and grading.
- Be a good relationship builder and able to adapt style to different audiences.
- Proficient Excel/database skills with the ability to analyse data and extract information with outstanding attention to detail.
