Senior HR Advisor

Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a large organisation, based in East London to recruit a Senior HR Advisor.  This is a 12-18 month contract opportunity as the HR department are currently going through a period of positive transition and change.

Reporting to the HR Director, the role will be responsible for the delivery of a compliant and modern employee relation framework, that truly reflects the company values.

Duties to include:

  • Act as first point of contact for all ER queries
  • Log and report all ER cases with a clear action plan and review dates
  • Act as an advice point on visa processes for new starters, employees and contractors
  • Ensure all HR policies and processes are reviewed to meet both regulatory and business need
  • Ensure all contract documentation is reviewed and compliant, including employee contracts and service agreements
  • Undertake a quarterly audit of all HR records
  • Organise and document all union committee meetings and act as a first point of contact for union representatives
  • Support with budget management
  • Ad hoc ER projects

Experience required

  • Previous ER case management experience
  • HR generalist background with proven experience with change and delivery
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities and deadlines
