Kingswood Group are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional with strong Performance Management experience to join their client on a permanent basis.
This opportunity will provide specialist expertise to the organisation in the development of high performing teams, through work around culture change, performance development, learning and management development.
You will be leading a team of performance consultants and will work collaboratively with the wider HR and Change teams to implement and develop the successful roll out of performance improvement practices and processes across the organisation.
The successful candidate will need:
- Extensive knowledge in organisational development and change management with expertise in performance management and improvement.
- Confident and experienced in designing and delivering workshops and events.
- Strong leadership skills including managing and mentoring teams and individuals.
- Experience in consulting with internal stakeholders, strong and effective communication skills that are engaging and adaptive to different audiences.
