Kingswood Group are pleased to be working with an International Professional Services firm to recruit an experienced Senior Reward Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created position and will take responsibility for supporting with a variety of compensation events, reporting to the Head of Reward.
Duties to include:
- Benchmarking analysis and query resolution
- Data analysis
- Taking responsibility for global performance and annual review cycles
- Assisting with job evaluation and job matching
- Creating, updating, and maintaining compensation documentation
- Assisting with salary survey submissions for global locations
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Project work
Skills and experience required for this opportunity include:
- Recent experience in a Reward or HR Reporting role
- Proven experience of job matching and job evaluation
- Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros)
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills
The role will be predominately home based, with some office visits required. Although flexible, the client would prefer candidates to be based in Scotland, South West and Northern UK.
