Talent Acquisition Administrator

Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large international business, to recruit a HR and Talent Acquisition Administrator on a 6 month contract basis.

The role will sit within a collaborative and supportive team and will takes responsibility supporting the wider Talent Acquisition and HR team.

Duties to include:

  • Arrange and coordinating interviews
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team
  • Develop expert knowledge in the use and capabilities of the recruitment system
  • Coordinate the pre-employment screening process
  • Create and send out all online and manual new joiner documentation, create induction packs
  • Respond to enquiries from candidates and agencies
  • Ad hoc HR project work 


Experience required:

  • Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a well-regarded Talent Acquisition/HR team.  Hybrid working is available, but you must be able to travel to the Bristol office several times a week.
