Kingswood Group are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to work with a growing business based in Braintree. Working for the Bids Team, this role will be key in supporting a small team in identifying and processing bids and tenders. This is an exciting role offering excellent career development opportunities.
Duties will include;
- Day to day support to team
- Monitoring the procurement portals, reviewing and sharing with the team
- Tracking progress of submissions
- Writing of bids/proposals and tenders
- Collating information from various departments
- Proof reading documents
- Producing written submissions
- Completing information on various templates
- Adhoc administration

- Proficient in document management
- Skilled in document/proposal production using MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint and tendering portals
