Make no mistake, here at Kingswood Group we love helping. Our team use their experience to solve problems – sometimes the ones you didn’t even know you had.

From a business point of view, are you an individual that often asks yourself: am I helping? Or am I changing someone’s life?

But it goes a long way beyond when someone says: “Thank you – working with your company has made a fundamental difference to my business and my life.

It’s an enormous sense of pride when we or an individual from the team receive fantastic feedback – it makes us want to sing and dance!

Each glowing review we receive makes us realise something important: solving problems is work that’s rooted in the present. Transforming someone’s life or business is very firmly rooted in the future. It doesn’t come from answering the question: ‘what’s the problem?’ It comes from much deeper questions: ‘What sort of person do you want to be?’ or ‘What direction do you want to take your business in?’

At the end of the day we all have personal and professional goals we want to achieve, however big or small they might be.. Achieving those goals is going to make a fundamental difference to how we see ourselves five, ten, twenty years down the line.

Our ethos at Kingswood Group is not just to fill a vacancy or get a person in the door of a company, it’s much more about giving an individual, employer or employee, what they want from professional and personal life.

It’s all about Livin’ In The Future, as Bruce Springsteen once sung.

Oh but hang on one hot minute, “I already have enough on my to-do list” – we hear you say.

You may have 20 or more items longer than a Giraffe’s neck that require immediate attention, they will still be there and replaced with another 20 that you need to solve. But the simple fact is that your to-do list will always have 20 jobs on it whichever way you look at it, as those 20 will be replaced by another 20 and so on – welcome to the harsh realities of life!

It can also often seem utterly ridiculous to spend time on something that’s five years away – something on which there’s no immediate return – when you could be working productively on something that’s important today.

But if you don’t make a start on those things now, you’ll never make a start?

Regardless, what should come first on your To-do list is your happiness and your professional life. We spend more than half of our adult life in a working environment, surrounded by colleagues and/or clients, so let’s at least help you to enjoy it!
