We provide half day and 1 day in-company training courses on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

1/2 Day Workshop (up to 8) £495 + VAT
1 Day Workshop (up to 12) £900 + VAT
Additional delegates on in-company training courses are charged at £60 per person + VAT (Max. 10 on half day and max. 14 on whole day)

Who is it aimed at?

This course is suitable for individuals of all levels, including employers, managers, supervisors, full-time and part-time workers, support/frontline employees as everyone in the workplace has a responsibility for supporting equality, diversity and inclusion.

What level is it at?

The course has been designed as an introductory level and no prerequisite training is needed.

What is the purpose of course?

To learn what equality, diversity, and inclusion means, how they impact in the workplace and how businesses that pay attention to the value of creating equitable, diverse, and inclusive working environments can achieve tangible benefits and ensure they are ‘great places to work’.

What are the benefits of attending the course?

The course introduces the Equality Act 2010 and details each of the protected characteristics so you can learn more about what they are and how to avoid discrimination through your behaviours, language, attitudes, conscious and unconscious bias and actions.  It will explore good EDI processes, practices, procedures and policy and aims to help businesses to manage/promote a fairer, more accepting and more diverse working environment.

What will delegates get from the course?

Delegates will gain knowledge and understanding regarding the value of equality, diversity, and inclusion and how they can make a difference in the workplace

What will be covered?

By the end of the course delegates will:

  1. Gain a deeper understanding and awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion and how it impacts in the workplace
  2. Know the nine protected characteristics within the Equality Act 2010
  3. Know the difference between the different types of discrimination including bullying, harassment, and victimisation and how to take steps to avoid discriminatory behaviour, language or actions
  4. Know how to recognise and challenge theirs and others unconscious bias and how unconscious biases impact on equality, diversity and inclusion
  5. Know how to build a workplace that is EDI positive with an aim to developing an EDI Good Practice at Work guide.


Either on client’s own premises or at an off-site location


The training is practical and interactive. It is delivered through a mixture of methods and involves delegates in group exercises and discussions.
