Kingswood Group are currently assisting a growing business based on the outskirts of Colchester with the recruitment of a Customer Experience Executive.
Working within a team of four, this role will be key in managing the initial calls from service providers, identifying the requirement and resolving their issues. It can be a fast-paced role that will require a confident, capable and customer led individual.
Duties will include;
– Managing calls and updating information on to the CRM
– Liaising with internal departments to identify the best course of action/products
– Coordinating the distribution of products, speaking with transport planners
– Responding to emails, requesting data and providing advice
– Providing quotes on services/products
– Reporting on Excel and other internal systems

There will be full training given and development opportunities within this organisation.
Hours are 8am – 5.30pm but there can be some flexibility if required.
Initially office based with future hybrid working.
