This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a growing and successful HR team.
Duties to include:
- End-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions within the business
- Working closely with the business to identify and secure the best talent
- CV screening and shortlisting
- Arranging interviews
- Reporting on recruitment activity, presenting findings and suggesting improvements
- Budget management, monitoring recruitment spend
- Salary benchmarking
- Managing relationships with external recruiters/suppliers
Essential experience required:
- Recent recruitment experience, working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide and influence on best practice
- Experience of using an ATS
This is a full time position initially on-site with hybrid working available after you have successfully passed probation.
