We like to meet with our candidates where possible early on in our partnership, allowing you to feel confident we understand you and are representing you in the best possible way to our clients. It also gives us more confidence to guide our clients when shortlisting for roles, so that even if you’re experience isn’t perhaps what they are looking for on paper, if we think your team/cultural fit and approach is right we feel much more assured in recommending they meet you for an interview.

How we support your HR job search

  1. Initial telephone conversation to understand your situation
  2. Arrange a meeting in person where possible (if not we can use our video interviewing technology)
  3. Review and support the development of your CV
  4. Provide consultative advice and guidance on the market, discuss your goals and help devise a plan on how to reach them
  5. Work with you to until you achieve your goals!

What we need from you

  1. Open, honest communication
  2. Investment of your time to meet where possible, as you know HR is as much about culture fit as it is about technical skills
  3. Take time to think about what’s important to you in your search – don’t worry there’s no right or wrong answers here!
  4. Keep us updated (we realise we’re not the only agency you’ll be working with!)
  5. Regularly keep in touch with us as well, we will always want to hear from you even if it’s just a catch up.
