Whether you want us to review your current employment documents to make sure they are still compliant, or if you want us to work with you to create a whole new suite of HR documents tailored for your needs, Kingswood Group’s HR Solutions has a package to suit your business requirements.

Through our HR Solutions packages you will be able to access customisable documentation ranging from template contracts of employment, employee handbooks, letters, and forms; and when you need information, advice or guidance, our highly skilled and experienced team of HR consultants will be there for you when you need them, whether that is via online meetings, telephone, email, or face to face.

There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach with Kingswood Group as unlike some of our competitors, we treat every client uniquely! We listen to your needs, understand your people challenges, and offer the most practical solutions with a professional focus each and every time.

The Hub gives you direct access to our secure, online digital HR library for your day-to-day HR needs. Here you can access and download templated HR documents, contracts, letters, and forms that are kept up to date with UK legislation and recognised codes of practice to enable you to manage your own HR activities.

Exclusions

It does not include the provision of HR advice and guidance for your business from our team of HR experts.

If you feel you would benefit from expert HR advice and guidance in relation to managing your HR needs, please explore the Foundation, Enhanced or Premium packages. Alternatively, you can opt to get expert HR advice and guidance on a Pay-As-You-Go basis*.

Prices are based on companies with up to 50 employees, for companies with over 50 employees the monthly cost is to be discussed.

HR Document Reviews

If you are already a client of Kingswood Group, and during your contract you wish to have your HR documents reviewed and updated to ensure alignment with legislation or updated codes of practice for the UK.
This valuable service is provided for you at a reduced fixed cost of £395 + VAT.
We recommend you review your documents every 12-18 months.

If you are already a client of Kingswood Group but do not wish to subscribe to receive our expert HR advice and guidance, you can still access our support with all HR matters via our Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) service where our charges are:

The Hub and The Essentials clients: £125 per hour + VAT
Foundation, Enhanced and Premium clients: £115 per hour + VAT.

If you require us to provide you with tailored HR policies, forms, letters, and documents we can provide those for you at a cost of £20 + VAT per document.
Additional Contracts of Employment branded and tailored for your use are provided at £40 + VAT per contract.
Standard Settlement Agreements can be drafted at a cost of £125 + VAT.

Proof of active membership will need to be provided to receive the discount.
