An HR Director with 20 years’ experience in the private sector including, Willis Towers Watson, Standard Bank, AIG (UK) Limited, Travelers, IBM and Manpower. Strong Generalist experience across all HR Disciplines, with expertise in the following areas:- creating HR functions on Greenfield sites, Change Management, Organisation Design, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Business Transformation and Restructuring, Policy Development, Outplacement and Mergers and Acquisitions. An experienced Executive, Business and personal coach (ACC ICF) qualified and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A senior HR professional who is particularly known for her high energy, drive and delivery of results.

Interesting fact(s) about you:
I am an animal lover! Especially dogs and have worked for a number of dog charities over the years. I carry out home checks/follow up reports for people looking to adopt a dog. I have two young children and two rescue dogs and can often be found wandering the countryside with all in tow!
