Talent Advisor

Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large organisation with the recruitment of a Talent Advisor on a permanent basis in London. This role will have a focus on Emerging Talent, supporting with the recruitment of graduates, apprentices and trainees.

 Hybrid working is available however 50% of your time will be office bases.


 
Duties to include; 
• Working closely with the rest of the Emerging Talent team to ensure a seamless progression from campus to the business
• Supporting emerging talent with developing their career in the business and progressing to qualification
• Point of contact for all emerging talent HR and development queries
• Liaising with key stakeholders
• Supporting on the international talent strategy
• Supporting the Emerging Talent Manager on the bi-annual qualification process.
• Planning, attending and facilitating the emerging talent programmes
 •    Design and delivery of professional skills programme to early talent and their supervisors

Essential experience; 

  • Proven track record of working with emerging talent within a professional services environment
  • Commercially focussed, with good negotiation skills, well organised and with the ability to manage a large and varied workload.
  •  Ability to define and implement creative campaigns and innovative approaches.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

HR Business Partner

Kingswood Group are pleased to be assisting our client, a forward-thinking and growing organisation, with a permanent HR Business Partner opportunity based in East London.  

This will be a hands-on business partnering role working closely with senior leaders combined with strategic advisory work. 

Due to the nature of the role and client group, this position will be largely office based. 

Key accountabilities include;

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of business plans and people strategy
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance, to include complex ER cases 
  • To deliver the people plan and cyclical activity to include, performance cycle, salary & bonus review, implementation of the wellbeing strategy 
  • To act as an HR leader within the client group, leading on projects and initiatives 
  • Reporting to analyse key people metrics 

Experience required;

  • Demonstrable experience working as a HR Business Partner within the Engineering/Construction sector 
  • Experience working with senior leaders, to guide and influence 
  • CIPD level 5
