A leading organisation within it’s field are looking to appoint an HR Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will be to start in July and have a focus on Employee Relations, developing HR initiatives and policy development including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
Reporting to the HR Director and working in a small, professional HR team this role role plays a key part in the effective delivery of HR advice and guidance to the wider business. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential the successful candidate has proven experience in handling complex disciplinary and grievance matters and developing HR policies and procedures for the organisation. You will be a first line of advice to Managers on all Employee Relations issues.
CIPD qualification is highly desirable (preferably to MCIPD level), a broad industry background working as an HR professional is also keenly sought. This organisation is looking to develop and strengthen it’s HR relationships across the business so a proactive stakeholder relationship development approach is ideal.
This is initially a 6 month FTC with potential to extend or become permanent.
