HR Business Partner

I am currently working with a medium sized Fintech company based in London to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent, full time basis. The HRBP will work closely with the HR Director on a range of projects and provide guidance to the HR Coordinator. A proven track record of HR business partnering in a professional and commercial organisation is a must. You will also have up to date knowledge of employment law and have in-depth knowledge of current HR practices and trends.

Duties include:

– Recruitment – lead on certain areas
– Payroll duties
– Stakeholder management
– Employee relations- Supporting the delivery of people and HR strategy
– HR projects including reward and recognition

You will be ideally degree educated and CIPD qualified Level 5 minimum. You will be a motivated self-starter and enjoy a real hands-on role where you will be key in defining new business processes.

This role is to start ideally in September or October.
