HR Systems Security Analyst (PeopleSoft)

We are looking for an HR Systems professional with experience in reviewing and implementing governance and security processes with PeopleSoft. This project will be working on a contract (3-6 months FTC) with this international professional services firm and can be based in London or Bristol.

– Review the existing security access in PeopleSoft and other HR related systems in place
– Create a new fit for purpose model for HR system security access
– Develop and configure new security roles and controls
– Map new security roles to job roles across the business and remove access where appropriate
– Identify implications of the new model and develop alternative solutions where roles have been removed or amended
– Develop an approach to maintain the new security model and controls for joiners, leavers and changes
– Put in place supporting documentation, SOPs and process maps for HR system security
– Ensure good governance and controls are in place to maintain the new model
– Hand off maintenance of HR systems security and reporting access, including submitting requests into BAU
– Work with the Head of HR Operations to develop a communication and change plan
– Partner with the HR Data team and Data Architect Lead to ensure HR systems are accessed appropriately

It is essential due to the nature of this project that the successful candidate has proven experience in delivering a similar role with PeopleSoft. The position is to start ASAP and be a fixed term contract.
