Kingswood Group are looking to speak to experienced Interim Change Experts with experience in process improvement and resource planning within contact centres. This opportunity is to work with one of our global businesses based from their UK head office in Essex, some travel to Europe will be required.

The contract is for 3-6 months and will require the interim to be based at the Essex office.

Experience in running a similar review and recommendation project within a contact centre is essential due to the nature of this project. The role will not focus on people management but more on process and strategy development around Workforce/Resource Planning.

Expertise on ASPECT and/or NICE Workforce Management is desirable as there is potential and implementation role to play. The contact centre is Pan EMEA so the contractor will be required to travel to these sites when appropriate.

This role is paying a day rate and to start ASAP.
