I am currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Coordinator to work for a large successful business in South Essex.
Working within one of the companies largest departments, this role has been newly created due to an increase in sales.
The role itself will involve;
– Organising and coordinating all events, programmes and activities
– Maintaining the internal system to ensure up to date
– Managing calls and emails from clients
– Ensure trainers have all necessary skill and tools to run event
– Liaising with various teams throughout the business
– Reviewing and developing the structure of the courses/events
– Booking courses for staff
