Kingswood Group are currently recruiting for an exciting new role for a growing business in mid Essex. The role sits within HR but is managing the Travel and Expenses for the Group.
Day to day duties include;
– Be the first point of contact for internal employees and clients with queries
– Ensuring the efficiency of the end to end travel process
– Monitor bookings, expense claims, trip authorisation, cost accounting
– Operate the various travel systems to ensure timely postings of expenses
– Liasie with departments across the business regarding new procedures
– Analyse weekly/monthly current spend
You will have previous experience within the travel and/or expenses area and a numerical outlook. The company offer free parking, competitive pension and 25 days holiday. Centrally placed, this company is close to all transport links.
