Brief overview of your career to date:

I am an HR Partner at Kingswood Group and an Associate Member of the CIPD. I started out my career in sales in the Builders Merchant industry, progressing to leadership and management roles, which led to me winning a BMF award for my achievements in 2014. I left the UK in 2016 to go travelling and ended up being sponsored to work in recruitment in Australia before returning home and formally starting my career in HR.

I worked in HR in the healthcare sector for over 5 years and was also part of a project team that were made finalists in the HR Impact Award category at the Personnel Today Awards 2023, for the successful implementation of their engagement initiative. It was a great industry to get lots of ER experience under my belt. Since working in HR consultancy I have been able to diversify into other industries including logistics, manufacturing and construction. I have some brilliant clients that make my job so rewarding.

Specialism(s):

I specialise in generalist HR with a strong focus on employee relations. I love working with clients and take pride in providing them with the support they need.

Interesting fact(s) about you:
Outside of work, I’m very sociable and have some lovely groups of friends. I also have a wonderful husband and we have a young daughter who keeps us on our toes!
