  • The HR Portal gives you direct access to our secure, online digital HR library for your day-to-day HR needs. Here you can access and download templated HR documents, contracts, letters, and forms that are kept up to date with UK legislation and recognised codes of practice to enable you to manage your own HR activities.

  • It does not include the provision of HR advice and guidance for your business from our team of HR experts.

  • If you are already a client of Kingswood Group, and during your contract you wish to have your HR documents reviewed and updated to ensure alignment with legislation or updated codes of practice for the UK.
  • This valuable service is provided for you at a reduced fixed cost of £495 + VAT.
  • We recommend you review your documents every 12-18 months.

  • The HR Portal, Essentials and Foundation clients: £180 per hour + VAT
  • Enhanced and Premium clients: £170 per hour + VAT
  • If you need additional HR policies, forms, letters, and documents tailored for your use, we can provide those for you from £25 + VAT per document template plus development time.
  • If you require additional Contracts of Employment branded and tailored for your use, we can provide those for you from £45 + VAT per contract template plus development time.
  • If you require expert advice, guidance and documentation to support the implementation of specialist HR documents, such as bespoke Settlement Agreements, we are happy to provide you with a quote (POA).
