Refer your friends and be rewarded

We love to say thank you when we get great referrals and introductions, so to do this, we have the KWG Refer a Friend Programme!

Not only will we send you a £100 gift voucher to say thank you, but we will also donate £100 to a charity chosen by you when we receive a referral, through our refer a friend programme, of a new candidate, or client to work with or job opportunity to recruit to.

Terms and Conditions

Kingswood Group must not be working with the referral contact (if a company/client) already or have done in the last 12 months of the referral being made.
Kingswood Group has not been in contact with the person you are referring (if a candidate) at any time in the 12 months prior to the referral being made.
Your referral must have secured a minimum six-month interim role or permanent job if they are a candidate.
It is your responsibility to notify your friends/colleagues and have obtained their consent to share their details with us before submitting the referral form (we may need proof of this).
Charitable donations will only be made to UK registered charities.
Should you or your referral not have a specific charity that you would like us to donate to then we will make the donation to one of our charity partners.
