IFA Administrator

Kingswood Group are excited to be working with a growing financial services firm to assist them in recruiting an IFA Administrator to join their London office, close to Farringdon on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities; 

  • Answer phone calls, address queries, and forward actions to the appropriate individual
  • Process and handle office post
  • Contact providers for required information, including chasing funds and gathering paperwork or other documentation
  • Assist the team with new business processes, including obtaining applications, illustrations, and necessary documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant client files 
  • Scan and file paperwork accurately, ensuring proper categorisation
  • Collaborate with advisers to gather relevant information for client meetings
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and post as needed

Skill set

  • Experience working in a busy IFA environment in a similar role, for at least two years.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage own workload efficiently
