Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting an Ipswich based business with the recruitment of an experience PA on a permanent basis. 

Working for a growing professional organisation, this role will be a key member of the team primarily supporting two busy Partners.

Responsibilities include;

  • Audio typing; documents, letters and tenders
  • Client liaison
  • Document management 
  • Arranging meetings
  • Managing the electronic filing system
  • Other adhoc administration duties
  • Assisting with content for company website

Essential experience required:

  • Previous Secretarial experience gained within a professional services environment 
  • Audio typing experience
  • Strong verbal communication and numerical skills
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Good time management and attention to detail

Due to the nature of the role, this position will be fully office based. 

Hours:  9am – 5.30pm
