Kingswood Group are excited to be working with a growing financial services firm to assist them in recruiting a new Paraplanner to join their St Albans office. This firm can be flexible to a candidate who is qualified or part-qualified, looking to continue their qualification.

The position:
Working within an Advisor and Senior Paraplanner, the successful candidate will be providing the team with day to day client and administrative support.
Duties will include;
Paraplanning duties include;
- Liaising directly with a dedicated Adviser
- Daily update meetings for all cases
- Liaising with clients as and when required by phone, email and post
- Compiling research for new business cases
- Drafting suitability reports, generating cover letters, one pagers and other client facing documents when requested.
- Printing and prepopulating any supporting documents required for review meeting
Administration duties including;
- Chasing policy information with providers
- Ongoing management of the tracker
- Sending out monthly valuations to clients
- Ensuring compliance documents are in date
- Processing information requests to providers (sending requests via email and post)
Required skills:
• Honest, reliable, trustworthy and must act with discretion and integrity at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people from clients to other staff members in a respectful manner
• Ability to prioritise work and manage own workload efficiently
• Attention to detail
